Group Health will sponsor six seminars on Medicare Advantage plans starting Thursday.
The sessions are:
w Thursday: 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Group Health Tri-Cities Administrative Office, 1009
N. Center Parkway, Kennewick.
w Nov. 10: 2 p.m. at the Pasco Senior Center, 1315 N. Seventh Ave.
w Nov. 11: 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the Kennewick Best Western, 4001 W. 27th Ave.
w Nov. 19: 10 a.m. at the Group Health office.

KENNEWICK -- Kennewick General Hospital no longer will be part of the Group Health network after the end of October.
The hospital and health insurer disagree about how contract negotiations reached this point, but both said Wednesday that they were disappointed.
Group Health members who use KGH starting in November will have to pay either a higher percentage of their cost of care or all of the cost, depending on their Group Health plan. Thomas Dewitt McLerran, 88, of Benton City, died Nov. 17 at Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco.
He was born in Los Angeles and lived in the Tri-Cities for 57 years.
He was a retired fireman for the Hanford Fire Department.
