By The Pasco Herald

A new daily newspaper, so far without a name, will be born in the Richland-Kennewick-Pasco area within a few weeks. The name of the newspaper is to be selected through a contest. The leading requirement of the contest is that the name of the paper be associated with the Tri-City area. $100 will be awarded for the selected name.
