On the eve of Fire Prevention week, a three bedroom prefab at 1313 Potter, Richland, was almost totally destroyed by flames. The occupants of the house, Mr. and Mrs. Amos Arquette, were not at home at the time of the fire, which was believed to have started by an electric heater.
