FINLEY -- Carter Chase and Matt Hadley combined for 19 points to lead Connell to a 41-31 SCAC East victory Saturday over River View.
It was just the second win of the season for the Eagles, with their other coming Dec. 22 against Highland.

Sanchez sinks 45 for Mabton in win over Burbank
Josh Sanchez outdueled Nathan Roberts on Saturday, leading Mabton to an 85-77 overtime victory against visiting Columbia-Burbank in SCAC East action.
Sanchez poured in a school-record 45 points, including nine in overtime to break the
27-year-old record.
"He was mainly attacking the basket," Mabton coach Brock Ledgerwood said. "He has been playing well lately."

Cristian Aguilar, Mick Phelps and Dalton Morgan combined for 37 of Kiona-Benton's 48 points to lead the Bears to a 48-33 home win over Columbia-Burbank in the SCAC East regular-season finale.
Ki-Be (16-4, 11-1) had already secured the No. 1 East seed and will play host to Goldendale at 7 p.m. Friday.
The Coyotes (8-12, 5-7) landed in a tie for fourth with River View (7-13, 5-7) and will play a tie-breaker at 7 p.m. today in Connell for the final district spot. The winner of that game will visit Zillah at 7 p.m. Friday.
