Wenatchee's Barnhart, WV's Filliol top CBBN tennis all-stars

Wenatchee freshman Hudson Barnhart was named the boys MVP and West Valley junior Alexis Filliol received the girls' top award as the All-Columbia Basin Big Nine tennis squads were announced.
