PROSSER -- Prosser rallied for two goals in the final 15 minutes after going a man down with a red card to defeat Quincy 2-1 in the Central Washington Athletic Conference district semifinals.
The Mustangs clinched a state berth for the second time in three years and will host Toppenish on Saturday in the title game.
Prosser has never won a district title, while Toppenish last won in 2000.

OTHELLO -- Luis Alcala scored on a penalty kick and a wind-blown corner kick that was misplayed into the back of the Othello net as Toppenish upset the CWAC North champions in the district semifinals.
Othello now must win twice to grab the district's No. 3 state berth, starting Thursday at home against Wapato.

CONNELL -- Eduardo Arzate had a hat trick, and Ivan Barragan added a goal and an assist as defending champion Connell rolled into the SCAC district final and clinched a state berth for the eighth time in nine seasons.
The Eagles take on unbeaten Highland, a 3-0 winner over Wahluke, on Thursday night in Royal City for the title.
Royal plays Wahluke for the district's final state berth the same evening.

Othello nabs CWAC district title
Eric Garza and Joey Gomez paced Othello with individual titles, and the Huskies won the CWAC district championship by 59 points over host Ellensburg on Saturday.
Garza (152 pounds) and Gomez (220) were two of three finalists for Othello, with Bubba Ruiz losing to Grandview's Martin Torres 9-5 in the 285 final. The Huskies advanced 14 wrestlers to next week's regional with the Great Northern League at West Valley in Spokane.
Torres was joined in the finals by teammates Stevie Rodriguez at 120 and David Castaneda at 126, both of whom finished second. The Greyhounds, who had a tough dual season because of numerous forfeits, squeazed the most of of their district squad with seven reigonal qualifiers and 144 points, 23 out of fifth place.

Earlier this season, the Chiawana Riverhawks won their second league title and ran the table in the CBBN 4A.
Now, they are working on their first district championship.
The host Riverhawks jumped out to a 31-point lead Friday in the first day of the CBBN 4A district, moving 15 wrestlers into today's semifinals.

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -- Hermiston's Joey Delgado and Tyler Berger repeated as champions Saturday at Tri-State in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, perhaps the toughest high school tournament in the Northwest.
Delgado, a three-time state champ, won his second Tri-State title with an 11-4 victory over Orting's Shannon Maris in a battle of the top-ranked 138-pounders in Washington and Oregon.
Berger, just a sophomore, won the crown at 132 with a 7-6 victory over Tahoma's Joey Palmer in another battle of top-ranked guys.
