CORVALLIS -- John Bosch scored a game-high 18 points and Mid-Willamette co-champion Crescent Valley (16-9) jumped out to a 21-9 lead after one quarter and never looked back in beating No. 9 Hermiston 68-45 in the Oregon 5A playoffs.
The Bulldogs had a seven-game win streak snapped and finished the season 15-9.
Luis Ortiz, who missed most of Hermiston's regular-season finale with an ankle injury, returned to lead the Bulldogs with 13 points.
Cody Humphrey added 12.
