Kennewick police and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are searching for a Pasco woman wanted on a theft charge.
Carol Jean Sims, 47, is 5-foot-1, 96 pounds, with black and gray hair and brown eyes. She was last known to be living in Pasco.
Sims is charged with second-degree theft and failed to appear for a court hearing.
Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers pays a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in a felony arrest.
