Alfredo De La Barrera had 14 points and grabbed seven boards for Sunnyside, which must beat Hanford on Tuesday to secure the No. 2 seed and home-court advantage for a loser-out district game.

West Valley girls top Southridge 50-21
YAKIMA -- Makenzie Kinloch's five 3-pointers and 15 points led West Valley to a 50-21 victory Saturday in CBBN 3A action against Southridge.
Breanna Lyons' six points led Southridge, which had its season come to an end.
West Valley tied with Sunnyside for fourth place, but is the No. 5 seed in the district tournament based on strength of schedule. The two teams split in the regular season. They will play in an elimination game Friday at Sunnyside.
