Boys roundup: Burbank wins key SCAC East tilt on road

FINLEY -- Nick Byrd scored nine of his game-high 12 points in the fourth quarter as the Columbia (Burbank) boys pulled out a 36-27 win over River View on Tuesday night in Finley.

The loss dropped River View to the No. 4 district seed out of the SCAC East and kept the Coyotes alive for the No. 2 seed and a first-round home game.

Burbank concludes its season Thursday at home against Connell.
