MOSES LAKE -- Courtney Schwiesow won the 200-yard individual medley, took second in the 100 breaststroke and helped Moses Lake claim the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays as the Chiefs were victorious in their pool Tuesday, bringing home the Moses Lake Invitational crown.
Moses Lake totaled 780 points to finish 265 points ahead of second-place Kamiakin.
Othello's Natilee Ruiz and Prosser's Hailey Rankin each notched two state-qualifying times. Ruiz won the 200 free in 1 minute, 56.84 seconds and the 500 free in 5:13.68.

Richland, Hanford boys roll to swim wins at Eastmont
EAST WENATCHEE -- Hanford and Richland enjoyed a successful trip to East Wenatchee on Saturday, with both teams posting wins in their first swim meet since Dec. 10.
There were no state qualifying times for either team, but Richland or Hanford finished first in all but four events.
Will Wertz and Jake Douglas were a part of Hanford's winning 200-yard medley and 400 freestyle relays. Nick Connors took the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly for Richland.

The edge went to Walla Walla on Saturday at the 4A district boys swimming and diving championships in Ellensburg.
Despite missing out on diving points, the Blue Devils had enough swimming depth to beat reigning champion Richland 428-425 and give Katharine Curles a district title in her first year as coach.
Hanford cruised in its quest to retain the 3A title, beating runner-up West Valley by 81.5 points.
