Kennewick police and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are looking for a Pasco man wanted in connection with a July kidnapping.
Enrique Diaz, 21, is 5-foot-5, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last known to be living in Pasco.
Diaz is charged with second-degree kidnapping after reportedly kidnapping his ex-girlfriends sister from a Kennewick apartment and taking her to Portland.
Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers pays a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in a felony arrest.
