Northwest Open begins Monday in Richland

RICHLAND -- The last Pacific Northwest Section PGA major of the year gets under way Monday at Meadow Springs Country Club in Richland with the three-round Northwest Open Invitational.

There will be 130 professional competing in the tournament, which has a pro-am both today and Sunday before the tournament proper gets going Monday.

Blaine professional Jeff Coston will defend his title.
