Just as he did four years ago Senate Minority Leader Mike Hewitt, R-Walla Walla, opened his campaign wallet wide this year to the tune of $120,000 to help out his caucus campaign committee.
We reported big picture totals for each of the Legislature’s four campaign committees a short time ago and you can find that post here.
In all there were 16 legislators who contributed at least $50,000 from their own campaigns to their respective caucus campaign committee so that money could be spent in competitive districts.
