Still havent filled out your ballot? Getting desperate but remain determined to vote? If so, Ive got a good idea who you wont be voting for.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Youll reach for any information you can get your hands on.
Even if its nothing more than the limited information thats in the state Voters Guide.
But theres more thats conveyed to you in the few paragraphs theyve got listed there for each candidate. At this late hour you may not have time to read it all and may base your decisions on other, perhaps more shallow, factors.
And with that we direct you to our short little photo gallery to the right where weve posted three mug shots that were submitted by the candidates and appear in the Voters Guide. Click on each photo for a close up. Or don't.
The first is of gubernatorial candidate Mohammad Hasan Said. A little advice for the next campaign? Turn that frown upside down.
The second mug is of David Blomstrom, who wants to be your superintendent of public instruction. The production quality is a bit lacking and, to be honest, he looks a bit menacing.
If you get to his Voters' Guide statement you'll be reassured that I havent lost my mind. (If youll check out his website he refers to a former candidate as a dumbass and another candidate as a whore and SOB. Another candidate is referred to as a whore and BS artist and two others are dismissed as not being on the map.)
Again, hes running to lead this states schools system.
Now contrast those two mugs with the sunny one Attorney General Rob McKenna submitted. He looks like hes done this before.
