50-word statement:
I am the son of a minister and a nurse. I also have a 12-year old son.
I have spent 25 years fighting corruption, representing police, sheriffs, and firefighters.
I have no agenda other than serving ALL of the people in Central Washington.
I humbly ask for your vote.
Three priorities:
1. To serve all the people of Central Washington.
2. To solve our energy crisis using domestic means.
3. Getting the economy back on track.

Sophomore initiation is going on at Richland's Columbia High School, which means a lot of things will be backwards. In the class of 468, boys have to wear boy ties and shirts backwards and roll their trouser legs up to the knees. Girls will have to be done up in pigtails and have dresses on backwards.

Thank you Jeff Czmowski for having the paper at our front door every day, year round and especially when you have to track through the freezing temperatures, wind, snow and ice. It is so nice not to have to go any further than opening the door and there it is, the paper!

How much money has each of us lost because of the actions of those 435 plus 1 crooks in Washington? What have they given up?

I need to set the record straight regarding an article in the Oct. 30 Mid-Columbia section titled "Veteran, newcomer vie in Kennewick." There are several inaccuracies within the article. First, as the Herald noted in a correction the following day, I have never been on the Board of Adjustments, much less the chairwoman. That was Joe Kadinger, candidate in the primaries.
Second, I have stated that many citizens have told me they want to see something done with the carousel, but I have also stated it is not a priority, has nothing to do with job creation and should be continued to be housed until economic times are better.
Third, to state that my community involvement has been comparatively low-key is not the case. My vocational background is diverse, however all of the positions I have held have been in serving the community. No, I have not "volunteered" to the extent of my opponent and have been paid for my involvement, it was still for the benefit of the community.
