Tara Buxton, 32, of Prosser, displays a tattoo of a star and Japanese symbol, called Kanji, that spells "angel," which is her friend Angela Berg's nickname. The tattoo Buxton and two of her friends got last month is a symbol of their promise to Berg that they'll care for her children after she dies.
