Two new machines were added to Kennewick's roll of buzz carts when a local business purchased a second-hand Reo and H.W. Desgranges arrived with his new 30-horse power E. M. F. (Everitt, Metzer and Flanders) auto.

Saddle club plans trail competition
Franklin County Saddle Club will hold a Supreme Cowboy Trail Competition on Saturday and Sunday at 2801 Road 60 North, Pasco.
Competitors will be coming in from throughout the Northwest to guide their horses through 17 obstacles during the two days. Saturday evening will include a pairs class with teams of horses and riders working together to go through the course side by side.
Admission free for spectators.

Miss her spunky attitude, and her personality! She loved to mother the rescued horses

Kennewick school stages free concert Thursday
KENNEWICK -- The Horse Heaven Hills Middle School Orchestras will be performing in a CD release concert at 7 p.m. Thursday in Kennewick.
The free concert will feature holiday songs and other songs from the orchestras' 15-track CD ($10). The event will raise money to see Wicked in Portland, purchase locked cubbies and new instruments.
The concert will be at the Horse Heaven Middle School commons, 3500 S. Vancouver St.
