Former Rep. Richard Curtis, R-La Center, faded into the shadows after resigning his seat amid the release of embarrassing details of a sexual encounter with a man in Spokane.
And it now appears hes in the process of shutting down his campaign apparatus as well.
He recently filed his monthly campaign summary report for December showing he had returned $3,250 to seven donors. Curtis had raised $15,525 for his 2008 campaign before his resignation. And as of Dec. 31 he had just $6,800 left.
