Legion roundup: Jacobs powers Titans to split in Spokane

SPOKANE -- Brett Jacobs went 4-for-8 with a home run for the day and the Twin City Titans split two games -- a 6-1 win over the Spokane Cannons and a 5-4 loss to Coeur d'Alene -- at the Best of the West Tournament in Spokane.
