In life, we tend to forget what makes us happy. Sometimes we'll cling onto that one, ever elusive thing that makes our worlds brighter, until we smother the living daylights out of it. And after that, it no longer makes you smile, but rather dry-heave at the very thought of it.
It's no secret I love my Mountain Dew. I love it so much to the point that it's bad for me. Not that Dew is exactly healthy for you anyway - but it DOES have Vitamin C in it. Can't say that for Coke...
But whenever I get blood drawn, I'm always worried the nurse is going to extract some yellow liquid instead, confirming my fear that my blood has turned into Dew.
In an effort to be healthier (and fit into my wedding dress), I'm limiting my Dew consumption to the weekends...if that. I recently broke out a weight scale and wasn't exactly pleased with the numbers it gave me. This is when I wish scales had artificial intelligence and could break bad news to you politely: "You may have gained a few pounds... but your ass still looks great."
Note to self... patent that.
I may be late on this latest hot new thing, but for those of you who don't know Ely Kim, check out his video where he dances to 100 songs in 100 days. Kim is fearless when it comes to putting himself out there. The highlight of this is his collection of random graphic shirts. My favorite dance is during day 80.

Kim is a great example of doing what makes him happy: Dancing. And he's quite fabulous at it - he's better than a lot of the chicks I see in the clubs. Kudos to you, Mr. Kim - keep dancing like millions of people aren't watching.
