With $3,800 in folding money protruding from pockets of his clothing in a most conspicuous manner, John Wall, a Yakima sheep herder who had lately cashed in on four years' pay checks was picked up by police Saturday night as he wandered unsteadily about Fourth Street in celebrating trim.
