Perkins siblings finish 1-2 at Silverdale hydro stop

SILVERDALE -- Kayleigh Perkins won't have a perfect season after placing second Sunday at the Silverdale Thunder 2009 race for unlimited lights.

But she won't mind as much, as her brother, Brian Perkins, drove the UL-11 Power Punch Performance to victory.

Kayleigh Perkins, a 21-year-old from Black Diamond driving the UL-72 Foster Care/Vitamin Water, had won all five races on the ULHRA tour up to this point.

Brian Perkins also drives the U-48 Miss Albert Lee unlimited hydroplane.
