Wenatchee 27, Southridge 6

WENATCHEE -- Jacob Sealby ran for 168 yards and a touchdown, and Wenatchee forced five Southridge turnovers to hand the fifth-ranked Suns their first loss in the Columbia Division of the Columbia Basin Big Nine.

"The better team won tonight. (Wenatchee) played pretty well," said Suns coach Andy Troxel. "You can't turn the ball over five times against a good team like that."

Southridge fell behind 17-0 in the third quarter before Dallin Palmer scored for the Suns on a 1-yard run to cut Wenatchee's lead to 17-7.
