2009 preview: Dayton Bulldogs

Here is the 2009 season preview.

Coach: Tony Henderson (1st year).

Last league title: 1994.

Last playoff berth: 1994.

Home field: Bulldog Field, Dayton.

Quarterback duties will most likely be split between Colton Bickelhaupt (5-8, 160) and Dain Henderson (6-3, 175) -- Bickelhaupt for pass plays and Henderson to enact the running game.

"We're weak up front on the offensive and defensive line," Henderson said. "We have some skilled kids on the outer edges and we're going to have to get creative."

He's confident that three weeks of football camp in June will pay off. "Hopefully that time will pay off. I'm looking forward to the season and giving some of these teams a competitive game," Henderson said.
