CBBN boys: Scales scores 27 to lead Pasco over Davis

PASCO -- Anthony Scales scored a game-high 27 points as Pasco held off visiting Davis 78-72 in a CBBN Columbia game Saturday.

The Pirates, trailing 41-28 at the half, rallied in the second half and tied the game with 4 minutes to play.

But Scales made some tough shots, including a key layup, to give the Bulldogs the win.

Jeramie Streicher added 17 points and seven rebounds for Pasco.

WALLA WALLA -- Michael Weisner had 22 points and seven rebounds, and Walla Walla took control in the third quarter to down Hanford in CBBN Cascade play.

Wa-Hi outscored Hanford 19-11 in the third to build a 48-38 lead.

Pete Zachara led the Falcons with 20 points.

SUNNYSIDE -- Alfredo De La Barrera had 16 points and 10 rebounds as Sunnyside kept Kennewick winless in CBBN Columbia action.

Trent Brown had 13 points for Kennewick, and Tyler Morfin added eight points and seven boards.
