Roundup: Richland, Southridge shine in Tri-Cities Jamboree

RICHLAND -- Richland and Southridge each went 5-1 in round-robin play at the Tri-Cities Jamboree at Art Dawald Gym.

The Bombers lost only to Walla Walla, while Southridge's lone defeat was to Richland.

-- Hermiston took second at the Red Lion Invitational in Pendleton, falling to the host Buckaroos 16-25, 25-19, 15-11 in the title match.

The Bulldogs went 2-1 in pool play and beat Weston-McEwen 25-14, 25-19 in the semifinals.
