Softball: Molsbarger whiffs 25 in twinbill to lead Connell sweep

CONNELL -- Debbie Molsbarger collected 25 strikeouts and added a walkoff 3-run home run in Game 2 as Connell swept River View 9-1, 7-4 on Saturday in an SCAC East softball doubleheader.

Yessi Vergara and Eva Grassl each had four hits for the Eagles, and Lexi Hess had two hits and struck out eight batters in Game 2 for the Panthers.
