Roundup: Chiawana's Reynolds golden goal beats Pasco

PASCO -- Erin Huisingh scored in the 36th minute on an assist from Katie Arendt and assisted on Kendyl Reynolds' game-winning goal in the first minute of overtime as Chiawana edged Pasco 2-1 in a CBBN contest.

In overtime, Huisingh delivered a corner kick into the box. The ball fell to Reynolds, whose shot deflected off a Pasco player into the net.

"They defended really well," Riverhawks coach Rich Zoller said. "Team defending -- if we were going to have a chance to win this game, I thought that was key for us."

Zoller also credited Huisingh for her performance.

"Her goal was just another credit to her determination. She beat the keeper, dribbled around two defenders and finished it. Kind of a typical goal for her," he said.

Kaylie Winston posted the Bulldogs' lone goal unassisted in the 28th minute.
