Harvey's 75 helps Hanford take Tri-City Championships

Hanford's Josh Harvey shared medalist honors with Pasco's Nick Smiley and Kamiakin's Janson White at the Tri-City Championships played Thursday on Canyon Lakes in Kennewick.
