Led by Mary McDonald's second-place finish and Brittany Zier's tie for third, the Richland girls wrapped up the CBBN title by winning the fifth and final pod match Wednesday at Black Rock Creek.
KENNEWICK -- Kamiakin won the Tri-City High School Championships behind the efforts of Riley Hayfield and Rick Gleed, who each shot 2-over 74 at Canyon Lakes to share medalist honors with Austin Westphal of rival Southridge.
Samson Martinez of Pasco shot an even-par 72 on Monday at Spokane Country Club to finish in a tie for second at the Inland Empire tournament, one stroke behind medalist Peter Gullickson of Lewis & Clark.
