All-Area football first-team offense, special teams roster

KENNEWICK -- Here are the first-team offensive and special team members of the Tri-City Herald's All-Area Football squad:

Jordan Durbin, QB, Sr., Prosser: CWAC co-Offensive MVP finished 269-of-387 for 3,997 yards, 64 TDs with just 7 interceptions.

Spencer Hessler, RB, Sr., Walla Walla: CBBN rushing champion finished with 1,256 yards on 189 carries with 16 touchdowns.

Clayton Homme, WR, Sr., Southridge: CBBN Columbia Division MVP and Idaho commit led Suns with 48 catches for 698 yards, 7 TDs.

Kirby Moore, WR, Sr., Prosser: MVP CWAC co-Offensive MVP set national records for single-season (34) and career (95) TD catches.

Jamison Rowe, WR, Sr., Richland: CBBN Cascade Offensive MVP led league in yards per catch (21.4); finished 28-598-9.

Jacob Price, TE, Jr., Pasco: First-team All-CBBN Columbia selection was a solid blocker; also caught 9 passes, 2 for TDs.

Brent Anderson, OL, Jr., Southridge: First-team All-CBBN Columbia selection helped Suns lead division in offense (318.7 ypg).

Ryan Craig, OL, Sr., Hanford: Cascade co-Offensive Lineman o the Year helped Falcons amass league-high 405.9 ypg.

Peter Girgis, OL, Sr., Richland: First-team All-CBBN Cascade selection was a fixture on both sides of ball for Bombers.

Jobette Guerra, OL, Sr., Moses Lake: First-team All-CBBN Columbia selection helped protect league's top passer Josh Loera.

Nate Meeske, OL, Jr., Prosser: Unanimous first-team All-CWAC selection helped Mustangs' offense run strong.

Special teams

Phil Vorheis, PK, Sr., Southridge: First-team All-CBBN Columbia selection was 38-of-41 on PATs, 4-of-6 on field goals.

Andrew Mendenhall, Punter, Sr., Southridge: First-team All-CBBN Columbia pick led division at 35 yards per punt.

Jamison Rowe, KR, Sr., Richland: CBBN Cascade co-MVP averaged 15.2 yards per kickoff return, 20.7 per punt, had 3 TD returns.
