RICHLAND -- Brett Jacobs has another line to add to his long and distinguished resumé.
The Twin City shortstop, who won numerous player of the year awards at Richland High, was named an EA Sports Baseball All-American.
Jacobs, headed to Washington State University, hit .417 with five homers and 33 RBIs in leading the Bombers to the 4A state title. It was the second state title in three years Jacobs was a part of, and he finished his career tied for the school record in home runs (24) and RBIs (117).
Chris Marangon, an outfielder from Tahoma who made the second team, was the only other player from Washington honored.
