Gymnastics

Laura Batdorf, Soph., Southridge

She won the balance beam and took second in the other three events to place second in the all-around at a Columbia Basin League meet in Kennewick.

Swimming

Eric Blanchard, Soph., Richland

He won the 200-yard freestyle, took second in the 500 free and led off the winning 200 free relay team to help the Bombers post their first-ever win over Wenatchee.

Boys Basketball

Kellen Crawford, Sr., Prosser

He had 21 points and 10 rebounds in a win Friday over then-unbeaten Ephrata, then had 15 points and 16 rebounds in a win Saturday over Othello.

Wrestling

Frankie Jimenez, Jr., Warden

He had a pair of first-period pins at 112 pounds in dual-meet victories over Kiona-Benton and Newport, then won the 112 title at the Jeremiah Schmunk Invite.

Girls Basketball

Allison Walker, Jr., Othello

She averaged 20 points and more than 10 rebounds per game as the Huskies beat Diamond Valley, Australia, Quincy and Prosser.

Bowling

Yvette Yzaguirre, Jr., Pasco

She averaged 181.5 pins in four games, including a high score of 201, to help the Bulldogs defeat Kennewick and Selah in league matches.
