Swimming
Kristen Bennettm, Jr., Hanford
She won the 200-yard IM and the 500 freestyle, and also swam on two winning relays as the Falcons won the Tri-City Championships.
Football
Faafiaula Ena, Sr., Hermiston
He was 20-of-27 passing for 276 yards and six touchdowns in leading the Bulldogs to a 58-0 IMC victory over Crook County.
Cross Country
Katie Mahoney, Jr., Richland
She finished fifth and led the Bombers to their first Richland Invite title since 1990, running the 3-mile course in 18:35.
Soccer
Mahaley Sapp, Sr., Pasco
Goalie made six saves in a 3-0 shutout (her sixth of the year) of Moses Lake, then made eight saves in a 4-1 win over Eastmont.
Volleyball
Heather Worley, Sr., Southridge
She had 43 kills and 38 digs to lead the Suns to a fifth-place finish at the Spokane Crossover; also had 11 kills in each of their two CBBN wins
