Swimming
Sarah Hicks, Sr., Walla Walla
She was third in the 50-yard freestyle at the 4A state meet in a time of 24.61 seconds, placed 11th in the 100 free in 55.29 and anchored Wa-Hi's 14th-place 400 free relay.
Soccer
Jen Lackey, Sr., Richland
She scored the game's first goal and drew a penalty that led to the Bombers' second goal in a 2-0 4A state quarterfinal victory over Redmond.
Volleyball
Brittany Quick, Sr., Hanford
Middle blocker racked up 73 kills and 18 blocks in four matches, including 17 kills and three blocks in the final as the Falcons won their first-ever 3A state title.
Football
Steve Swanson, Sr., Southridge
Safety made five tackles and had a sack, and he also intercepted two passes to help lead the Suns to a 20-6 3A state first-round playoff win over Kamiakin.
