Kennewick Man graces German magazine

It’s not People but Kennewick Man has made the cover of a German magazine.

A giant mug of the sculpted re-creation of Kennewick Man graces the October edition of P.M. above the headline “Der Streit um den geheimnisvollen Kennewick Man.” The article was written Maria Biel of Seattle. The seven-page story inside includes another giant mug of the Star Trek Capt. Jean-Luc Picard look-alike, photos of the 9,300-year-old bones and a locator map to identify Kennewick. The bones were found along the shores of the Columbia River in 1996.

The magazine also lists a link to the Tri-City Herald’s Kennewick Man Web site at www.kennewick-man.com. The magazine can be found online at www.pm-magazin.de/de/.
