Hanford's Kim cards 72 in state am's first round

PULLMAN -- Hanford junior Scott Kim shot a 2-under 70 and is tied for fifth, two strokes out of the lead, after one round of the 83rd Washington State Amateur at Palouse Ridge Golf Club in Pullman.
