Fever trades Dodd-Masters to Stockton

By the Herald staff

Tri-Cities Fever coach Cedric Walker promised changes after his team's second 40-point loss in a row Saturday, and Tuesday was moving day for some.

Quarterback Jason Campbell, who started two games, is off the roster.

Cornerback Ruschard Dodd-Masters has been traded to Stockton, reuniting with former Fever coach Tony Wells, who was promoted to offensive coordinator earlier this week.

Also, defensive back LaRue Burley was placed on recallable reassignment.

But the one big absence on Tuesday's transaction sheet was the addition of a new quarterback, who Walker said he needed to find after the Fever's 76-32 loss to Peoria on Saturday.
