The Tri-City Dust Devils dropped their third straight game to host Everett 9-3 on Sunday. Tri-City starter Sheng-An Kuo gave up six runs in two innings and the Dust Devils used five more pitchers to finish the game.
The Dust Devils' (18-28) scored in both the first in second innings, but couldn't keep up with Everett's hot bats and were shut out for the rest of the game.
Kalian Sams helped the AquaSox get off to a quick start with a two-run triple in the first inning. Michael Mitchell and Darin Holcomb had two hits and an RBI apiece for the Dust Devils.
